House rules

House rules Bison Bowling Maarssen

In order to provide a safe, pleasant and welcoming environment for all our guests, we apply the following house rules.
By entering our bowling center you agree to these rules.

1. Dress code
Guests are expected to wear appropriate and well-groomed clothing. The following items of clothing are not allowed:

• Worn or inappropriate clothing

• Sleeveless shirts and shirts

• Hoodies with the hood on the head

• Caps, caps and beanies (inside the premises)

• Bare feet or no footwear

2. Mandatory bowling shoes
It is not allowed to enter the bowling lanes without the permission of the staff without wearing bowling shoes.
It is also forbidden to leave the building with bowling shoes on.

3. Own consumptions
Consuming your own food or drinks is not allowed within Bison Bowling Maarssen.

4. Access during weekend evenings
Access in the evenings on weekends is only possible after reservation for an activity or dinner.
Young people under the age of 16 are only admitted when accompanied by an adult.
Bison Bowling reserves the right to apply a temporary entrance stop if deemed necessary.

5. Alcohol consumption
The consumption of alcohol by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. 
All guests must be able to identify themselves on request.
If alcohol is consumed by minors – regardless of the method of ordering (e.g. via QR code) – these drinks will be taken immediately, without refund.
In the event of violation, access to the building may be denied.

6. Smoking and vaping
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes (vaping) are not allowed within Bison Bowling Maarssen and the adjacent shopping center.

7. Denial of access and removal
The staff is authorized to deny or remove guests in the event of, among other things:

• Misconduct

• Vandalism

• Excessive alcohol consumption

• Repeated violations of house rules

• Suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs

8. Alcohol consumption
If it is determined that a guest has consumed alcohol excessively, we are legally obliged to refuse further alcohol consumption.

9. Camera surveillance
To promote your and our safety, the entire building, including the entrance, is continuously monitored via a closed video system. 
Footage is stored and can be used for security and legal purposes.

10. Supervision of children
Children up to and including 12 years of age must be supervised by at least one adult at all times.
